Malmö Konstmuseum
A place for perspectives
Home to one of Sweden’s largest collections of art, crafts, and design, Malmö Konstmuseum plays a key role in the contemporary art scene. As the museum prepares to move into a larger space, we were commissioned to create a new visual identity – one that broadens the audience, highlights the role of art in society, and makes a strong, recognizable impression.
The concept is built around perspectives, reflecting the museum’s ambition to be a platform for dialogue, reflection, and participation – where art is accessible to all.
The new logotype looks back, towards the future, inward and beyond. It serves as the foundation of a bold and flexible graphic system – dynamic, distinctive, and easy to apply across platforms.
The result is a visual identity that takes space and captures attention – playing with angles and movement to symbolize both the many perspectives art can offer, and those brought by its visitors.
